Terms and Conditions: 

​By booking services with Rinse And Shine LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms. Rinse And Shine LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, interior wear, mechanical issues, or electronic malfunctions. All vehicles are serviced at the customer’s own risk, and any existing damage should be disclosed prior to the start of service.

The customer authorizes Rinse And Shine LLC to move personal belongings left inside the vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform the service. Rinse And Shine LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. Customers are strongly advised to remove all valuables and any items they do not wish to be handled prior to the scheduled appointment.

Customers must remove all weapons, sharp objects, hazardous materials, and illegal substances from the vehicle before service. Rinse And Shine LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service and may report illegal items to the appropriate authorities if discovered.

For mobile detailing services, the customer is responsible for providing access to water and electricity located within forty (40) feet of each other at the service location, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Failure to provide adequate access may result in service delays, additional charges, or cancellation of the appointment.

Additional service or travel fees may apply if the vehicle’s condition exceeds that of a standard cleaning due to excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, biohazards, or other abnormal conditions. Any applicable additional fees will be disclosed to the customer prior to or during the service when identified and will be clearly documented and reflected on the final invoice.

Services are subject to weather conditions. Rinse And Shine LLC reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel services due to inclement weather, unsafe working conditions, or events beyond our control. In such cases, the appointment will be rescheduled at the next mutually available time, and no refunds or guarantees are provided for delays caused by weather or environmental factors.

Rinse And Shine LLC reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue service at any time for safety, sanitation, access, weather, or compliance reasons. Once services are completed and verified by the customer, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Courtesy: 

To help ensure a smooth and efficient service, Rinse And Shine LLC kindly asks that you remove any personal belongings you do not wish to be relocated or discarded prior to your appointment. Please feel free to leave trash or items you are comfortable having removed—taking care of those is part of what we’re here for.

For the safety of our staff, all weapons, sharp objects, hazardous, or dangerous items must be removed from the vehicle before our arrival.

Once service is complete and payment is due, we kindly ask that you inspect the vehicle and notify your technician immediately of any areas needing attention so they may be addressed on-site.
